Per last Thursday’s announcement from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Indiana has been selected for a $10.9 million federal grant to fight the state’s opioid abuse epidemic. Congressman Jim Banks (IN-03) believes Congress should exert influence by authorizing military force against ISIS.
