Hoosier Century 21 Company Earns Major Global Award

Century 21 Scheetz (in Carmel) was just selected out of almost 8,000 brokerages in 71 countries as the winner of the 2011 CENTURY 21 Art Bartlett 2100 Cup Award. The award is the company’s most coveted honor, presented annually to the company demonstrating "the highest level of proven leadership within their community and the CENTURY 21 System."

CENTURY 21 Scheetz has been a System member for 35 years. Broker/Owner Mick Scheetz has built the company based on the principles of personal relationships with customers and utilizing technology to benefit both the homebuyer, homeseller and the agents.

As such, they have developed their website, www.c21scheetz.com, into a marketing channel that highlights the attributes of their listings and services as well as promotes their nationally award-winning relocation division, title and mortgage services as a single solution provider for home buyers and sellers.

“We are truly honored to be chosen as the recipient of the 2100 Cup Award,” said Mick Scheetz, Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 Scheetz. “We are dedicated to our customers, community and local real estate market, and are pleased to have our efforts recognized by CENTURY 21 headquarters.”

President of CENTURY 21 Scheetz, Tracy Hutton added, “This award is extra special because it isn’t based solely on production, but it also recognizes our philanthropic foundation, innovative business solutions and technology, and a thriving company culture for our management team, staff and agents. This is a tribute to the commitment to excellence of our agents, managers and employees.”
