Vote, Indiana!

If you’re heading out to vote today, take a book, or perhaps some repressed childhood memory you’d like to finally confront — because you’ll likely have some time on your hands.

And don’t forget to visit tonight to watch the local election returns roll in, complete with analysis.

I’ll leave you with my favorite quote regarding our civic American duty:

"Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost." – John Quincy Adams

  1. Why do people wait and vote actually on election day? Long lines, potentially poor weather and just trying to fit it into your busy day. My wife and I took a nice leisurely day off a few weeks back and voted while out shopping. It took less than 30 minutes and that was even after a Michelle Obama rally had let out near the early voting site. Have I mentioned I hate long lines? Maybe that’s why I haven’t been to Cedar Point or Kings Island in a long time… or maybe it’s just because I’m old.
